Great relaxing sound …this is an excellent sound energy healing frequency gong..had pain in the body struck it and allowed it to vibrate on the pain points…it was gone …breathing in and out slowly….removed it..that’s why I purchased it..for my fibromyalgia…it works amazingly…It’s beautiful handle on the gong and can be move around in a 360 or wave it like a won’t…I call it a large round tuning fork…so much better though....thank you!!!!!! Will be ordering more very soon so I have all he frequencies.
